Toledo Community Foundation’s Environmental Impact Grant 2018
The Toledo community foundation’s environmental impact grant 2018 is currently open for application from interested individuals. The purpose of this grant is to improve the quality of life in communities around the world. The Toledo community foundation through their solar corporate charitable fund supports programs that focus on “green” education initiatives, access to clean water and energy in remote areas, and encouraging the development of innovative and sustainable technologies. They will also be giving priorities to organizations that make a notable positive impact in communities that share their values.

All grant and funding requests must be projects or other services that cost at least $10,000 USD, while any request under $10,000 USD should be directed to the nearest First Solar local office to the grant seeker.
Eligibility Criteria For Toledo Community Foundation’s Environmental Impact Grant 2018
Grants will only be awarded to individuals or organizations that satisfy the following conditions:
- Charitable, nonprofit organizations that bear the tax-exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Service code.
- The organizations seeking for the grant must be able to demonstrate that it has the ability to fulfill the charitable objectives of the grant is awarded.
- All grantee organizations with principal headquarters in the USA must submit the following documents:
- The names of the organization’s board of directors
- A brief history of the organization, its mission, vision, and accomplishments to date
- The organization’s most recent audit, but if it’s not available, then they must provide the unaudited income and expense statement, as well as the balance sheet
- The current operating budget of the organization
- A copy of the applicant’s tax exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service
- For the organizations outside the USA, they must provide a list of all the grants that they have received; the amount and purpose of such grants. If the grants are in excess of 25, the grantee should contact Toledo community foundation. Such organizations must also submit a copy of their bylaws.
