- You are required to sell 20 – 30 subscription packages to Small Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) and event planners monthly as a Contact Centre Agents
- You are required to sell software subscription packages to various kinds of Small Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) within Lagos as a Contact Centre Agents
- If you are currently seeking for a post of a Contact Centre Agents. We have a telemarketing job in Lekki, Lagos at our head office
- Contact Centre Agents basic pay is N20, 000 and a 20% commission each subscription package sold out.
Responsibilities for Work Force Group Entry Level Job Positions
- Your duty is to solve all customers’ queries giving them the right and adequate information that will help them.
- Your duty is to Build strong relationship with clients, motivate them to always come back.
- Your duty is to send text, call message up customers informing them of new products and telling them the benefits of being a potential subscriber as well.
- Your duty is to Follow up on all existing subscribers and gather feedback.
