Qualifications
- Ability to create purchase orders and stock transfers
- Executes Material Requirements Planning (MRP) utilizing an ERP (SAGE, SAP, or ODOO)
- Monitors inventory movements of packaging and ingredients
- Reviews consumption of packaging and ingredients in-process orders
- Experience in scheduling/planning with a food manufacturing company.
