A leading FMCG is in needs of an applicant with BSc Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to undergo a 12 months formal training programme to gain understanding and experience in management, packaging and manufacturing principles to prepare for a management position within CCBSA.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- World Class Manufacturing
- Loss and Waste Analysis
• Monitored and controlled equipment and process (syrup room, water treatment plant, CO2 facilities, refrigeration, Effluent plant, boiler house, air compressors, Water Reticulation, Electrical reticulation, site, )
• Planned and ensured equipment is maintained
• Supported, coached and managed team members/relationships
• Enforced and maintained SHE regulations and standards
• Assessed candidates
• Developed and monitored team goals
• Planned/delegated and supervised work activities
• Supported and implemented change interventions
• Time Management
• Solved situational problems
• Communicated manufacturing information

Eligibilities / EXPERIENCE
– BSc Degree in Engineering(Mechanical/ Electrical)
– Competent in Microsoft Office
– At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
– Drive, ambition and demonstrated leadership
– Willing to take every opportunity to learn and grow
– South African Citizen or Permanent Residency in RSA
– Valid Code 8/EB driving license
– Own vehicle
