Application For Stanford Graduate School of Business Seed Transformation Program 2020 in Africa and India
The Seed Transformation Program in East Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, or India allows successful applicants to gain access to Stanford’s general management training, coaching, and networking support, and transform your career and your organization.
The Seed Transformation Program (STP) is a 12-month, intensive leadership program for CEOs/founders of established businesses. The STP includes four, weeklong immersive sessions spread over a ten-month period, four Workshops for your leadership team, and numerous opportunities for peer exchange with fellow leaders. The program is delivered in-region and is led by Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and other experts.

Financial Aid
- This program is significantly subsidized by donors, however, a limited number of scholarships are offered based on need. Additional scholarships to offset program fees, travel expenses and childcare are available specifically for women CEOs/founders based in Africa. Information will be made available to admitted applicants upon request.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be a CEO or founder of a company or market-driven social enterprise;
- Lead a company with a strong value proposition and potential to grow with an annual revenue between US $150,000 and US $15 million that is registered in East Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, India, or Sri Lanka;
- Have a management team of at least two people in addition to the CEO or founder;
- There are no specific educational requirements. They do not require that you take the GMAT or another exam to apply to or qualify for the Seed Transformation Program;
- They do not require that you take the TOEFL or another English test to apply to or qualify for the Seed Transformation Program.
- However, participants must be able to both understand and speak English at a level that allows them to participate fully in this fast-paced program conducted in English. Participants should be able to read large volumes of material in English, understand and participate in lectures and class discussions, and engage in small-group discussions.
